Does toggling on IoT box under POS settings trigger the 15-day trial activation without any form of warning? I just recently installed Odoo pos on my phone and familiarized myself with it. As per the advertisement, using this pos is unlimited and forever free, as long as you do not install add-ons. I did not install any add-ons from the app section of Odoo but suddenly the trial is activated. May I know what caused this? From what I remember, I just played with pos settings and toggled on epos printer and iot box. After that, an iot box icon appeared and trial was activated. Will turning these on trigger the trial activation? If so, I did not receive any warning that it will. From my understanding, it is a "feature" under pos settings, not an add-on app. If it is an app, a warning must be given upon toggling the feature on. Or instead of a toggle, put a link that directs it to the add-on apps section of odoo so the user gets notified that it will trigger trial activation if he/she decides to install it.

I already submitted a ticket. How long does it usually take for them to reply? It seems cancellation of trial activation is impossible as stated on their terms, so I asked them to delete my account instead.

You may want to contact support (https://www.odoo.com/help) to clarify.

With the recent changes to Odoo pricing it seems that any module or app triggers a subscription. Even the apps like Notes, Contacts, Calendar etc which were free to install on any DB are now triggering subscription. 

Even the installation of Automated Action module triggers a warning that subscription would be apply.

There does seem to be some ambiguity around what all are covered with One App Free program.
