I have a module that connects from a remote computer to Odoo via ssh, and since a couple of days ago, it has been indicating a connection timeout. It is an online process for managing a fiscal printer.
From the development instance I can make the connection, but from quality or production, this was working fine but now I have this detail. I already put the ticket in Odoo but they haven't even taken the case yet.
Could someone guide me on the case.
