Hello Odoo Community,

In the Odoo Recruitment app, there is a very useful report called "Time in Stage Analysis" that helps track how long each application spends in different stages of the recruitment process. This feature is extremely helpful for analyzing process bottlenecks and improving efficiency.

We are currently using Odoo CRM and would love to have a similar report available for tracking opportunities in the sales pipeline. It would be great to see how long each opportunity spends in different stages, from lead to won or lost, so we can identify areas for improvement.

Does anyone know if there is an existing module or configuration that provides this kind of reporting in CRM? If not, has anyone successfully implemented something similar?

We are looking for insights on how to:

  1. Track the duration per stage in CRM (similar to Recruitment).
  2. Generate a report showing the time spent by opportunities in each stage.

Any guidance, suggestions, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
