Is there a way to make something so basic as Tax Report in Odoo V9 apart from paying for a module or buying Enterprise Version?

Hello Magen,
In Odoo Community version, you won't able to print tax report. Tax report can be print only in Odoo Enterprise version as a standard Odoo. In order to print Tax report in Odoo Community edition, you can purchase one of the App published at Odoo store, which will allow you to Print Tax Report in Excel.
