I am wondering whether it is possible to build a custom (non code) application in the online version of Odoo Studio and later download and migrate it to an on-premise Enteprise version ?

Hi ,
You can create your own customized module in Odoo online using the Odoo studio . After creating a custom module in the Online , later it can be exported to the enterprise edition.
