Hello community,

I unfortunately have an issue with email templates.

I have a project with self-defined property fields. Whenever I move a task to the next stage, an email with the values of the property fields should be automatically sent. Unfortunately, I receive an error message when previewing as well as triggering the email notification. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!!!

No, unfortunately, there is no solution for my/your request. The property fields are not part of the common object model and therefore cannot be included in, for example, mail templates. To achieve this, we have to use Odoo Studio.

Hello Steffen,

I have the same issue there. To bad because that could be really usefull for e-mails templates.
