We receive tape in rolls fix width - 1500 mm.

we cut rolls and sell tape in custom width, on eCommerce site it is predefined width like 6mm 9mm 12mm... As well we cut custom width in the store by customer request, from 6mm to 500 mm.

So we do have for example 5 rolls by 1500 mm in long run we do have leftovers and we cut from them. Question is, how to prevent over sale in oDoo if for example we do not have anymore material to cut 240mm width but still can do other ones and how automatically zero out quantity of 240mm tape in oDoo?
