we are using odoo E15, and we have more than 10 users sharing multi companies. when we create sale order S0001 in one company, odoo utilize this number in company 1 and continue sooo2 in company 2.
we need each and every operation totally different in each company even users sharing the companies.

Go to sequences and identifiers in settings > technical (developer mode).
There you will open the sales order sequence.
You have to change the company to the company you wish to use the sequence for. If the company field is not set. This will be used for all your companies.

You can take ref. from the different types of Picking when picking is creating it takes first location words of char and then sequence, same you need to do for the Sale order, so, first you will get company name then no. so you can identify company records.
