How can I register a salary advance for an employee in Odoo 17? I don´t see an option in neither in employees app nor the payroll app

You can use our below app to manage advance salary in odoo v17

and is there another way? The enterprise where I work doesn´t have Odoo.sh.
A possible way I think it could work it´s with a salary rule that allows me to automatically discount the debit in an account from the chart of account that I use to register the salaries advances, but I don´t know how to do it.
Is there another solution?
