A mate installed a backend theme, there is some some issues with that theme.
How can I restore o the default backend theme?.

I don't see that theme to uninstall in the apps list, is in EE.
But you mean Backend Theme, not Website-Theme? Than i dont' know. I always thought that backendthemes for ee do not work
I mean Backend theme; in fact doesn't work, I had an issue with that as you can see here: https://www.odoo.com/es_ES/forum/ayuda-1/render-template-error-202729
Tried to uninstall that Theme? I suppose you're working on CE and as i remember extra Themes are added as module. So you'll find Extra-Theme via:
Apps > Search in Modul for "Theme" > take a look on installed Backend-Theme-Module and uninstall could "reset" to default.
But i don't know enough about it. So please test first
