Hi, 

I'd appreciate help. 

I have created 4 Sales teams with different aliases. 

Also, I have set up "Use a Gmail server" options in Settings, as well as defined outgoing email server (connection is tested and Gmail token is valid. 


When I send messages to a test lead email, the test lead receives the sent email. 

However, when test lead replies to that email, the Odoo's CRM doesn't seem to be receiving replied emails. 


I found several solutions that I do not quite understand (with catchall function), so I would be grateful if someone could explain in detail how to solve that problem.
