We have stockable products (e.g Tissue, Pen, Pencils, etc ) that can be sold to the customers. But sometimes our company uses these products to fulfil our daily needs so the stock of these products will decrease, but there is no income. any idea how to apply this case in odoo?

We can use the Internal Transfer operation type, ie, when you want to use some stockable products to fulfill your company internal use, then just create an internal transfer from a physical location to any of the required Virtual Location. You have to keep a Virtual Location for managing this kind of scenerio. so thereby corresponding product's stock will remain decrease and will not reflect to accounting flow.

try this; create a new virtual location "Internal Consumption". Your WH/OUT check the stock decrease. And this kind of Operations will not be required billing. ( It means no incomes).
