I'm trying to install this app and am having trouble:
TypeError: The model "res.partner.address" specifies an unexisting parent class "res.partner.address"
Is there any procedure that I should be following for 7.0

I think you mean the module account_cancel and this module does not touch res.partner.address. Therefore I think that your system wants to install additional modules. To check this you can filter all modules with state to be upgraded.
BTW the model res.partner.address is not part of version 7.0. Either you are using 6.x or you want to install any module of version 6.x.
