I've been toying around in the Odoo 17 Marketing Automation, but I'm running into some trouble when trying to create an automated mailing for after a customer purchased Product-X at one of our stores.
I tried using the sale.order as the model, but when I try and target any P.O.S. purchases of Product-X, it doesn't seem to find any. It does hower find the orders from the Sales module. Am I correct in assuming that there is no model for P.O.S. purchases which can be used in the automated mailing app, or am I just blind?

Thanks for the quick reply and suggestion! I see the pos.order model in the list of models, but it doesn't seem to be available in our marketing automation app as a model I can select.
I checked the pos.order model specifically and in the 'access rights' tabs (apologies for the bad translation, we're working in Dutch), I saw that it wasn't added to the list. I have since added it to it with only 'read' rights, but this didn't do the trick and it still doesn't show up in the marketing automation app.
Is there anything else that I'm missing?

You Are taking wrong model name in case of POS.
Pos order related to model "pos.order" not "sales.order".
Kindly, change the conditions and review again.
