Odoo 10ce. Found that the sequence numbering of Purchase Order / Request for Quotation occassionaly jumps multiple steps ahead even though the step is set as 1. Jump steps are more than 10. Eg. 93 number is created and when we save the next PO the number assigned is 113. It has happened thrice in the duration of couple of months.

Has any body encountered such issue and or know if there is issue in coding or some modules. Please advise.

I searched n the forum and googled but could not find any such instance of problem and its solution.
