You're facing two Odoo issues: inability to delete order lines and incorrect order line sequencing in reports. For deletion, cancel the sales order, then delete the line. If deletion is impossible, set the quantity to zero. Ensure correct user permissions and investigate customizations.

For sequencing, modify the QWeb report template to order lines by a specific field (like ID) using <t t-foreach="o.order_line.sorted(key=lambda l: l.id)" t-as="line">. Alternatively, add a custom sequence field to sale.order.line and order by that. In newer Odoo versions, use the drag-and-drop reordering feature. Test thoroughly and consider upgrade compatibility.

Hi, yes I do that but clients do not like it. They don't want to see the line there, and it causes my clients issues when importing it to their countries as their customs don't understand why a line is there if it's not needed.
