Hello,

We send / receive all our emails for lead / opportunity through Odoo (> 5000 opportunities around 50 new answers per day).The default view of the CRM is not easy to manage the unsanswered email - we miss some sometimes.

We would need a view where we can easily see unanswered emails.I was thinking making an automated action when we receive a new answer inside lead / crm then fill a new field.Than we will make a specific view to see only unanswered email.

Do you think it's a good idea ? If not how would you manage it ?

If yes, i didn't find a way to make automated action on "new email receveived email".How would you do it ?

Hello,

As i don't have any feedback i was doing:

- Automated action based on time on the field message_last_post then fill the field x_to_anwer.

- Create a new kanban view to have all opportunity with message to answer.

My problem is that the field message_last_post is not set any more - it was set in V8 but not in V10.
I didn't find any informations on google about this field.
Is there any replacement about this field ?
