I have successfully installed Openerp 7 on my Windows 7 system.But,when i try to create a new database for the first instance,it shows an error,

OpenERP Server Error

Server Access denied.

Im a newbie and please help

On Linux, you first have to create a user for postgreSQL, is that done / needed on Windows?

Hello,

Please check your super admin password which should be 'admin'. Also check your openerp-server.conf file and check that your admin pwd is 'admin' or not.

because OpenERP allow 'admin' only as a super admin pwd. Thank you!

What user is your service set to run as? Try changing to system in Windows Services.
