Hi,

How to import (export compatible) excel file with products variants ?

The aim  is to create purchase order lines with this input.

What I did :

Select purchase order

Export with export/import compatible

--> template for import

This export is right , products with variants are ok

Change the quantity for example

Import failed, the product name is not found (product model, attribute)

Can someone help me ? How to do ? Give the right input template ?

Hello Véronique Piveteau

For: "Import failed, the product name is not found (product model, attribute)".

-The Product variant should have exact same name or you can set True the "Create if doesn't exist" boolean when import Purchase Order. It will create Product variant if not exist.
