Hey there,

We are importing confirmed sale orders from 3rd party frontend ecommerce software. For now we are using the Multi-Step default route configuration (Pick->Delivery Orders). These 2 WH movements are automatically created after sale order confirmation.

However, sometimes customer wants to pick up products from our store instead of having it delivered. The customer chooses a different delivery method. Our idea was to keep 2 steps but different routes => Pick-> Store Order. We understood that we can create a custom route which is only available on the sale order line. We have created the route with the following rule: Pull from: Source location company/Stock Destination location company/store

Through a test we discovered, that after manually assigning the custom route, the confirmed sale order is still created the 2 WH movements from default route.

Can somebody help me to set it up correctly?

Ok, solved it myself, I believe. Set up route wrongly by not including customer location (Partner Locations/Customer). So correct setup would be

Action Pull From // Source Location: Company/Stock // Destination Location: Partner Locations/Customer

If you wanna set up 2 steps, you need to create a 2nd rule and connect them with Trigger another rule (Supply Method).

Need just to understand if there's an easier way to connect this custom route with a shipping method than to manually assign the route to each product.
