dear community is there any solution for partial payment and multi-currency problem odoo v13 odoo website state the below

Waarschuwing

In order for an exchange difference entry to be created automatically, the corresponding invoices and payments need to be fully reconciled. This means the invoices are fully paid and the payments are fully spent on invoices. If you partially pay 3 invoices from 2 payments, and the last invoice still has an amount due, there will be no exchange difference entry for any of them until that final amount is paid.

Yes, there are solutions for the partial payment and multi-currency problem in Odoo v13. Here are some options:

Use the Multi-currency and Multi-payment add-on: This add-on allows you to receive partial payments in different currencies. It supports multiple payment methods and currencies, and automatically generates exchange differences entries.

Manually create exchange difference entries: If you're not using the Multi-currency and Multi-payment add-on, you can manually create exchange difference entries when a payment is reconciled with an invoice. This requires manual intervention and can be time-consuming.

Use a third-party payment gateway: Some payment gateways support multi-currency payments and automatic exchange rate conversion. This can simplify the reconciliation process and help ensure accurate exchange rate calculations.

Upgrade to a newer version of Odoo: Odoo v14 and later versions have improved support for multi-currency payments and exchange rate calculations. Upgrading to a newer version may help solve some of the issues you're experiencing.

Ultimately, the solution that's best for you will depend on your specific needs and the complexity of your payment processing. It's important to carefully evaluate your options and choose a solution that meets your requirements.ame steps as above to configure your outgoing email templates and send invoices by email.

Sure, I'd be happy to help you find a multi-currency payments addon that can reconcile multi-currency payments for Odoo v14 and later versions.

Here are some options you can consider:

Multi-Currency Payment Acquirer: This addon is available on the Odoo app store and allows you to accept payments in different currencies. It supports various payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. It also provides exchange rate calculations and automated currency conversions. You can check it out at https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/payment_multi_currency_acquirer/.

Multi-Currency Accounting: This addon is also available on the Odoo app store and helps you manage multi-currency transactions by automatically applying exchange rates to your invoices and accounting entries. It also supports multi-currency bank reconciliations. You can find it at https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/account_multi_currency/.

Multi-Currency Revaluation: This addon allows you to automatically revalue your foreign currency accounts based on changes in exchange rates. It also provides reports to help you track your currency gains and losses. You can learn more about it at https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/account_currency_revaluation/.

Please note that these addons may require some configuration and setup to work correctly. I recommend consulting with an Odoo expert or your Odoo service provider before installing and using any addons.
