Ive configure custom routes for odoo product to manfacture.
But it is not creating mo for components of product.
selecting mto and manufacture route not working too.
but when product is directly selected from sales odoo creating mo for this product

Hi,
Based on the image you provided, you haven't enabled MTO in the component.
For each component product:
Enable 'Make To Order'
Enable 'Manufacture'
This works only if each component has its own BoM and no stock left.
Hope it helps

Child MO are triggered based on the replenishment need.
I believe your post illustrates Child product’s manufacturing route with the child product’s post production location as being M-W/RaW/WIP
1. What is the component source location for the main product? Visible on the miscellaneous tab of the MO of main product
2. Is there replenishment trigger set up for child product at this location?
3. Is there a route that moves component from M-W/RaW/WIP to MO’s (main product) source location
component location in main product is M-W / Pre-Production
when product it is not avalilabe in pre-production it should manufacture in m-raw and pull it to pre production
