Does anyone know how I can customize the layout of the PDF for my sales quotes and contracts?

If by default it isn't showing the name make sure you have wkhtmltopdf 0.12 or above installed.
To edit the reports you must be in developer mode in v9 or have technical features enabled for your user on v8. Then under settings menu you can look for the reports menu and there look for the reports you want. Open it and click on search associated qwebs. There the one that says _document usually is the one you're looking for.
Quotes report is the same as Sales Orders.

Thank you, that was helpful for editing the size of the font for the "Order Number" / "Quotation Number" header, however, do you have any advice on where to change the over all font size for paragraph text? (Odoo Enterprise V9)

To further explain. I want to change font size, and for some reason the customer name is not showing up, only the City State and Country. Is there a way to edit the actual PDF output layout?
