Hello,

Is it possible to manage the accounting of a French company with a community version? lettering, financial statements, FEC…
If not, it is possible to start from a corporate version and then add free applications of the community version?

Absolutely possible to implement accounting for a French company in community. Basically, from the Community Edition some certain functionalities such as Budget, Assets and Accounting Reports has re moved. Odoo recommending those functionalities only in Enterprise version. But nothing to worry, we have some community modules to fulfill those stuffs in community edition.
