Each of these options has been moved to the Project Settings tab:
This means you can now define which Projects leverage these features.

Hi,
Maybe i've missed something, but for new system it impacts the service invoicing policy "base on milestone" which is not available anymore.
You must have at least one Project created with the Milestones option activated (see screenshot) before you will see the option on the Product to set the Invoicing Policy to Based on Milestones.
