Please I use Odoo 16 community in particular its POS module for the management of a Bar-Restaurant and I would like to limit my hostesses to taking orders on the tables using tablets. Only the cashier should be able to record order payments. I want to know how to limit the access of hostesses.

You need to create a new user group, for example hostesses, then go to the access rights allowing them only to create and edit orders but not to validate payments.

Thank you very much for your response Mr Zachary. Thanks to your response I was able to prevent the hostess from recording the payments. Now I would like the cashier, who is her hierarchical superior, to be able to view my hostess's orders and validate them through the payment transaction which will print a ticket.
