I have a POS in odoo 16 in bar/restaurant mode, I would like to know how to do it, when they ask me for a hamburger without lettuce or without any ingredient, I can put it on a button so I don't have to write. thank you

You Can use product variant to customize how you food items will be ordered without writng anything
Or have all of your ingredients as separate products in a category called "substitutions" and click either "no lettuce" or "extra lettuce" or "no cheese" or "extra cheese" etc.

Good one, but what if you use variant with product configurator it woud be more convenient for returant busniss
