Hello All,
Is this normal that a sale non finalized (stopped before credit card payment) by a customer in the shop is labelled as quotation. I have called the customer, he created the account, but he hasn't paid.

Yes, abandoned cart (did not proceed to pay) is sale order status "quotation' while unpaid order is sale order status 'quotation sent'
