I'm getting a "no matching vendor price..." error in 17.1 when I attempt to set up a replenishment rule or reorder. Unfortunately I don't have enough karma to post screenshots so I'll transcribe the warnings:

"Odoo Warning: There is no matching vendor price to generate the purchase order for product XXXXX (no vendor defined, minimum quantity not reached....." Go on the product form and complete the list of vendors"

But the vendor has already been set up:

This is where I would have posted a screenshot of the product. Under the purchase tag, the vendor list is populated with all fields filled out. 

The problem is that the replenishment report that triggered this order was produced by the "FACTORY" BRANCH but the Vendor's contact is stored in "HQ" PARENT within a hidden field. 

This error is generated when I try to use the "set as supplier" button to link product to vendor:

​ ​-'Replenishment Report' belongs to company "FACTORY BRANCH" and "Product Supplier" (supplier_id:'FarmerJo') belongs to another company"

I can see this field in the "supplierinfo" form but it is not editable, and to be clear, the vendor's "company" field is set to blank in the contact form yet this error persist and the field in the "supplierinfo" form is not updated

Unfortunately, even if I change the company in the vendor form to match with the Replenishment Report, it produces the same error. Those 2 fields are not linked.

Can anyone help me with this issue? How do I clear the company field within supplierinfo? Or better yet, how do I make replenishment orders not dependent on "Replenishment Report" owner?
