Hi Can anyone guide on how i can move an odoo sh dumpfile to odoo on premise
The database on the odoo sh was a neutralized one and the one on premise should be a live one. which one do i need to do to move the sh database

Hi,
Instead of getting neutralized db backup from the odoo sh, take exact copy of database without neutralization and restore it in your new instance.

I'm trying to do the same. Have move the DB to on-premise and installed Odoo 13 EE on-premise. When I start up odoo EE, my icons are missing on the main page. What am I missing? Running Ubuntu 20.04 and Postgresql 17. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
