Hi,

I have multiple vendors on a product. They have all the same price, delievery time and quantity.

But oddo ask a offer/quote only at one vendor of them. It asks the first created vendor only.

I want that oddo ask all vendors for their offers.

How to make it?

Hi! This would be possible by means of using the Purchase Agreement (In Odoo 13 go to Purchase > Orders > Purchase Agreements) using Agreement Type = Call for Tender.

Yes, but then I have to pick manually the products which I need to order.

Is there a possibility that odoo does it in its automatically way.

I make a quote, the client accept it. I have to produce the products. Then odoo creates automatically a quote for the raw material but only by one vendor instead all 4. The vendors have all the same prices etc like above written. But the price is vary much per day.

In this case I suggest that you install the module "Purchase Agreements" and define in the product, 'Purchase' tab, field "Procurement" to value "Propose a call for tenders". This setting will cause that when the inventory system needs to reorder, it will create a call for tenders instead of a purchase order. And from there you can just create the RFQ's for the vendors you want to include in the tender.

I can imagine that you could even take it one step further and automate the creation of the RFQ to the vendors defined in the product.
