Hi everyone,

I have a problem that I cannot solve. When I'm closing my PoS session, after carrying out a credit note manually from PoS (Order -> Order -> Return Products), it makes me an error message in red, and after it redirects me to the PoS main menu. 

When I want to close manually the PoS session, it says me this : "Missing required account on accountable invoice line"

I saw that a lot of people had the same problem, but I haven't found a way to solve this problem in the topics. I don't know if it's a accounting problem or something else.

Please help me ! Thanks

Hi!

Check that in the settings for the accounting app you have the default accounts for Outstanding Receipts Account & Outstanding Payments Account.
