Hello,

I have configured two helpdesk support teams, each one containing a separate e-mail alias. When I attempt to create a ticket by sending an e-mail to these aliases, the ticket is created only for one support team.

Do you have any suggestion why the incoming e-mails are not being converted for the other team?

P.S.

I have configured the same value for mail.catchall.alias / mail.default.from parameters from the Technical menu. Not sure, but might that be the reason?
