Did you verticalize Odoo for Poultry ?
In affirmative case, i'm interested to share experiences.
I think your best option is to try the module named "MRP Byproducts" from the standard Odoo repository. Then make a bill of material for your whole chicken that has either one product as output and the other(s) as byproducts.
