I'm new to Odoo, and I would like to set up a decreasing rate for billing. The more you need it, the cheaper the service. Is it possible to do this automatically?

Hello, welcome to Odoo. Could you elaborate more? Do you mean that depending on the amount of products/services they purchase from you, the price lowers?
If so, you could create a rule using the pricelist feature in the Sales module.
