I'm looking for module that extend the existing Sales functionality with an option for Leaving a Tip.
Example:
As an online store owner, I set up in my configuration predefined tips (0%, 10%, 20, etc) - optional.
As a regular user, in cart details I can see these predefined tips and I can decide which of them to leave to the store owner (for example).
Does anyone knows about the existence of a module with such functionality at all?

So you want just opposite of the discount scenario.
Absolutely!
Something like the opposite functionality of this module: sale_discount_total
You have to do some customization for it, if you are technically skilled you can do it by modifying the above module
