Hi all,
We have PDF work instructions and many operations per BOM. The instructions are the same for each operation. Currently, the default behaviour is to upload the PDF instructions to each operation on a BOM. I would like to only have to upload the PDF once and have it populate in every operation on the BOM.
Is there a way to do this? perhaps using automated actions / studio

Hi Lucas.
I've been looking for an answer to this for a client of mine. There are a few options "out of the box".
The officially recommended one is to use a PDF file (or Google Slide) stored in a publicly shared URL, see screenshot below.
Note: There is a limitation of this method, the file must be stored on a public server or Google Drive. It does not work with OneDrive / Sharepoint. I'm currently looking at writing a module to handle this for another client as they rely on Sharepoint.
