I want the name of my client to appear on the ticket so it’s more personalized.

Receipts’ tickets are quite fixed and not easy to edit but there is a way to make the name of your client appear on the ticket. 


You need to create a loyalty program. 


First, go to the POS application > Products > Loyalty programs and click on create. 


Then, just add the name of the loyalty program. It will appear on the ticket so this is why I called it “Thank You”. There is no need to create any rules if you don’t need any and just want the name of your client to appear on the ticket. 


After, you need to go to the settings of the shop to indicate that you want the loyalty program to be effective there. 


Once in the settings, tick the box “Loyalty program” and add the program you created. In this case, the “Thank You” loyalty program.


Now, you can open a new session in the shop you configured. Select a product and a customer and proceed to the payment. 



Once the payment is validated, you can print the ticket that will look like this.
