Hi biligsaikhan,
If you want to build a website with Odoo, use the website builder. It is a bit resctricted, but if you use your imagination you can build fantastic websites. The HTML code of the Odoo Themes have a lots of bootstrap styles and may be your code it missing those styles. Look this 2 pages we have created with the Odoo Website Builder:

@biligsaikhan,
are you running on the Odoo SaaS (ie. Odoo.com hosted), or on your own local instance of Odoo (ie. installed on your own computer)?

I will be updating a few of those posts soon given the better ways i've discovered on how to accomplish theme modifications now, however as a rule of thumb i'd recommend using bootstrap-based themes, as it will make integrating them with Odoo a little easier (Odoo's base theme is built on bootstrap).
If you want to add snippets you should find some information regarding this in the forum links above. Please feel free to post back if you run into any issues.
