did you add any custom modules ? if yes, try upgrading that app from the command line

Yes, I add https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/17.0/muk_web_theme and then https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/17.0/code_backend_theme before understanding that installing a theme isn't uninstalling the previous automatically.

I uninstalled both of them, but I think that button “Uninstall” isn't really totally uninstalling modules. Then, I tried to use commands like :

`odoo -u all -d <database> --stop-after-init`

But nothing is working, I always have the issue.

Thanks for your reply, I cannot reach the backend though so i need to do whatever solution from the pgadmin, i checked the logs again and found the first time this error occured as follows:

Another inquiry, can i execute terminal commands while my odoo was installed via an executable installer in program files? if yes how can i do it as currently cmd doesn't accept odoo commands

you can try odoo update all command through terminal
