when i enter technical > email > template i can't find any code to change my email header and footer
just i can edit my email body message why ?

Check your code may be you apply <noupdate = "1"> In this case your template not updated form code so you can change to <noupdate = "0"> and after change your code

I'd also like to know how to do this. I see places to edit the bodies of templates for email, but not the header/footer which is inserted around the body for what appears to be all email templates. For example, how to change the code behind the company logo image which is inserted in the top right of an email, in the header. Can't find anywhere to modify that.
Anyone know?
