I am having the same issue, and the problem is still in odoo v15 as well.

I have talked to support team and it is not currenlty possible in standard.

You will need a customization for this.

I am currently working on app to solve this issue and i will add it in the app store if that works properly.

As far as I know there is no standard way to approach this.

hm, seems that from configuration side you will not make this and you will need to make some change.

maybe the easiest modification can be-one more field in product sales price with vat. and price list modification, that takes this field.

Odoo must make something that it is easier, I believe on this time a lot of companies uses B2B and B2C. The problem is that always B2B are the prices excluding vat and B2C are always including vat.

I will try to find one who can help me to try to fix this.

We have tried this before and does not work. Even if you call or edit directly the HTML view.

There is not a default checkbox or configuration on the settings in the backend. This feature should do it by code on JS since the final price is an onchange function.
