I downloaded openeducat v13. Zipfile  on window 10 from github and I transferred to my server Ubuntu 18.04  and unzip the file after that I dont know how to continue my process but I've already installed odoo13 on my server and it is running .PLease help me and give me some advice. Thank You.

Hi,

You have to add this downloaded module to your addons path and restart the odoo service, then go to the odoo user interface and activate the developer mode and go to apps menu and click Update Apps List menu and search your module in the apps menu and install it.
