How to restore eCommerce Categories?

Question

I have been trying to add new categories to my store and somehow I have lost all 16 categories. Now all 738 products are listed on one page under "All Products".

How can I restore the website and recover the categories?

I did duplicate the website under a different name just incase anything catastrophic happened like this, and I have downloaded the website. Am I able to upload this Zip file to the original website to get everything back to normal?

I do not have time to faff about adding all 7

Hi,
If it's possible, you can restore a previous version of your database.
But be careful if there's data after the current backup, it will be lost.
Else
you can download the backup and run in your local and export the
product and product categories. After that, you can import it to your
main.
