Is there any easy way to remove all storage data from from whole odoo. If any one know please help me.

I am not sure why you want to do that but it is best to take a pg_dump schema only and restore it as new database. You can write a script to do that.
$pg_dump --schema-only production
No, there is no easy way. It could even be nearly impossible.
Yes, Ermin right. May be you(@nahian) need to create complex script.(see all the modules are integrated and have dependency so its never been easy.)
