I use odoo v13 and i have a problem on POS
I want know if exist a possibility to config odoo to prevent POS selling if product quantity is 0

This is not available in the standard addons but this is possible and you can develop this out of the box.

Just think this through and make sure it is really what you want.
If I am in your store and walk up to a register with an apple, expecting you to charge me for it, I am going to be more than a little confused when you tell me "I am sorry, we don't have any apples in stock, I can see it right here in my POS"...

absolutely true , But we have requirement to see warning or block for invoicing for non stock items is there any solution for this . appreciated if you can help us
