Does it have a external ID?

You need to inherit the form view of res.partener to make changes on it.
try like this to change that you want in your image,

Thanks for your answer. I will do that. I didn't see the code for the button 'Create'. I was sure that this button was a <button> tag but it didn't find this tag in this code. By which concept this button appears in the partner form?
It's because of this <field name="child_ids" mode="kanban"......>
If you remove mode="kanban" then it becomes like a tree view.

+1 this new window is useless IMO. You need to goi back to contacts to fill the rest of the information
