I have an invoice with 2 products (product A and B), I need to do a payment only for the product A, is there any way to do that ?, and after see the product A with the correct moves in the accounting.
I know how to do the change in code but will be better if Odoo has this functionality

Payment is not a product related, but a document related information and as such is not related to products in common ERP systems. You can handle such a payment as a regular partial payment, but there is no standard way to relate a payment to a product. If this is a legit requirement, you should provide more information about your use case in order to get help.
