When I look at a contact from the contacts app, I don't see any information about when the record has been created and by who. Is it a contact who subscibed online yesterday? As it been imported 2 months ago by my secretary ?
Is there a way to view that informations?

You can find those details by checking the Metadata of that record
Enable Debug Mode > Open that Record Form View > Click Debug Mode > View Metadata
