Hi,

I would like to hide a view from Projects Module, this one:




        
            
                Tickets


My users have a field call "sel_groups_1_9_10", this is a selection field ([1],[9],[10]). I want to make the view visible just for one group.

I will try all your recomendations. Thanks

Hi,

In the view definition, you can add groups for the particular view

for eg:

<record id="view_account_invoice_report_search_analytic_accounting" model="ir.ui.view">
/>        <field name="name">account.invoice.report.search_analytic_accounting</field>
        <field name="model">account.invoice.report</field>
        <field name="inherit_id" ref="account.view_account_invoice_report_search"/>
        <field name="groups_id" eval="[(4, ref('analytic.group_analytic_accounting'))]"/>
        <field name="arch" type="xml">
            <filter name="status" position="after">
                <filter string="Analytic Account" name="analytic_account_id" context="{'group_by':'analytic_account_id'}"/>
            </filter>
        </field>
    </record>


To add the groups for the specific view access, utilize the field names groups_id.

Instead of this "analytic. group analytic accounting," you can use your external ID.
